We are looking for outstanding tech-savvy, driven talent to join our 21-month rotational program as an industry specialist, helping product, engineering, and automation teams bring to life sustainable, scalable smart factory operations in industry-leading network technology.

We are seeking candidates with:
  • Passion for embracing, leading, and driving innovative ways to build functional tech solutions;
  • Ability to understand the granular components of problems, while keeping a broad system-level approach to solutioning;
  • Knowledge and understanding of process improvement methodologies including Lean Six Sigma and Agile;
  • Desire to formulate improvement strategies that include end users and top level stakeholders, and effectively drive and communicate change;
  • Interest and skills for network technology, such as solution architecture and analytics, industrial engineering, product engineering, software programming, test development, producibility & system management engineering;
  • Ideal candidates demonstrate curiosity about one or more technical fields.
You are also:
  • A Spring 2023 bachelor's degree graduate in Computer Science, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Programming, Mathematics, Physics, and/or similar learning experiences.
  • Located in or willingness to relocate to the Dallas, TX area;
  • Someone who finds sophisticated design and development projects engaging and rewarded at all levels—large and small;
  • Thrives in constantly evolving environment, quickly and positively adapting to meet business, customer, and stakeholder need;
Program Highlights:

Experience three rotations across your choice of multiple subject areas, projects, and teams

Two 30-day job shadow experiences that allow hands on experience with key Smart Factory roles

Expand your knowledge through development and certification opportunities including Lean Six Sigma Yellow & Green Belts

Gain exposure through mentorship and monthly activities with key leaders across Ericsson

Drive continuous improvement solutions in an award-winning 5G Smart Factory through process simplification, data analysis, and end-user feedback

Identify and develop thoughtfully designed tech-solutions to challenging system-level performance issues at the intersection of hardware, software, and human execution

Work in an innovative production environment with entrepreneurial leaders in operational technology, automation systems design, process architecture, product introduction, and operational excellence
