We are currently seeking a relationship-driven and strategic Investor Relations Analyst – ENGAGE to join our Investor Relations team. This role focuses on building strong investor relationships, coordinating outreach efforts, and strengthening engagement with key stakeholders.
Position Overview
The Investor Relations Analyst – ENGAGE plays a key role in investor communications and engagement. You will support the planning and execution of investor outreach initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and a clear understanding of Siemens Healthineers' strategy, performance, and long-term vision. This hybrid role is open to both full-time and part-time U.S.-based applicants.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate investor engagement activities, including meetings, roadshows, conferences, and events.
Maintain regular communication with analysts, institutional investors, and other stakeholders.
Prepare briefing materials, investor presentations, Q&A documents, and engagement reports.
Track and report investor sentiment and feedback to senior leadership.
Manage the investor relations CRM system and maintain accurate contact records.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Communications, Finance, and Legal to ensure alignment and compliance.
Support earnings calls and other financial communication efforts.
Qualifications
4–8 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, Financial Services, or related fields.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with IR platforms or CRM systems is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Communications, or related discipline.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple priorities.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $145,000 – $165,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
