We are seeking a highly analytical and insightful Investor Relations Analyst – INSIGHT to join our Investor Relations team. This role focuses on generating deep analysis and insights to support investor communications and strategic decision-making.
Position Overview
The Investor Relations Analyst – INSIGHT will be responsible for analyzing financial data, market trends, and investor behavior to provide actionable insights. You will assist in preparing reports and presentations that inform senior leadership and investors, helping to shape effective communication strategies. The position offers hybrid work flexibility and is open to full-time and part-time candidates based in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze financial statements, market data, and investor feedback to generate meaningful insights.
Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and briefing materials for investor communications.
Support the development of strategic messaging based on analysis of market and company performance.
Collaborate with Finance, Strategy, and Communications teams to ensure alignment and accuracy.
Maintain investor relations databases and CRM systems.
Assist with earnings calls, investor meetings, and other engagement activities.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to enhance insight development.
Qualifications
4–8 years of experience in Investor Relations, Financial Analysis, Equity Research, or related fields.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint; experience with Bloomberg, FactSet, or IR platforms preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $145,000 – $165,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
