Position Overview
The Investor Relations Analyst INVEST will be instrumental in delivering consistent, transparent, and insightful communications to investors, analysts, and internal stakeholders. This role is ideal for professionals with strong financial and analytical skills and experience in investor relations, equity research, or corporate finance.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the creation of quarterly earnings materials, investor presentations, Q&A documents, and analyst communications.
Conduct financial analysis and benchmarking on peers, industry trends, and market performance.
Monitor investor sentiment, shareholder activity, and analyst coverage; summarize key insights for leadership.
Support the planning and execution of investor events, roadshows, and conferences.
Maintain and update investor CRM systems, contact databases, and meeting trackers.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Communications teams to ensure compliance and alignment.
Ensure accuracy and consistency in all external-facing investor materials.
Qualifications
4 8 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Corporate Finance, or Financial Communications.
Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation metrics, and capital markets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial tools (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet, IR platforms) is a plus.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $145,000 $165,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
