We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Investor Relations Analyst – RETURNS to join our Investor Relations team. This role supports communication of Siemens Healthineers' financial performance and strategic initiatives to the investment community.
Position Overview
As an Investor Relations Analyst – RETURNS, you will be responsible for preparing investor materials, conducting financial and market analysis, and supporting investor communications. This position offers flexible hybrid work options and is open to full-time and part-time candidates located in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review earnings releases, investor presentations, FAQs, and reports.
Analyze financial data, market trends, shareholder activity, and competitor performance.
Support investor meetings, roadshows, and conference participation.
Monitor analyst coverage and provide regular updates to senior management.
Maintain investor relations databases and CRM systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Legal, and Communications to ensure message consistency and regulatory compliance.
Assist in managing quarterly earnings calls and investor events.
Qualifications
4–8 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Equity Research, or related fields.
Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret complex data.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Bloomberg, FactSet, or IR platforms is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or related discipline.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $145,000 – $165,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
