Accounts Payable / Office Assistant
Part-Time | Century Collision Center | Up to 25 Hours Per Week | $22/Hour
Century Collision Center is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable / Office Assistant to support our bookkeeper and office operations. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling (up to 25 hours per week) at $22 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Invoice Processing: Receive, verify, code, and enter invoices into the accounts payable system.
- Payment Processing: Prepare and schedule vendor payments, monitor discount opportunities, and resolve discrepancies.
- Reconciliations: Reconcile vendor statements and accounts payable ledgers to ensure accuracy.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of invoices, payments, and vendor transactions.
- Vendor Communication: Respond to inquiries, resolve billing/payment issues, and maintain positive vendor relationships.
- Office Support: Assist with general office duties to ensure a smooth, organized work environment.
- Team Support: Provide administrative assistance to team members and contribute to a collaborative workplace.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); QuickBooks Online experience is a plus.
- Clear communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal teams.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information.
