Overview:
Vortex Elite LLC is a fast-growing marketing and field operations company supporting national campaigns in energy, health insurance, and other industries. Our new Warren, MI office is the local hub for our Michigan energy project, and we’re looking for a reliable, organized, and tech-savvy receptionist to join our team.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet visitors and create a welcoming first impression
- Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and relay messages promptly
- Call Indeed applicants to schedule interviews and orientations
- Assist with pairing new hires with team leaders for onboarding
- Receive, track and distribute promotional materials to field teams daily
- Maintain office organization and supply levels
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Above-average computer and administrative skills
- Experience with platforms like HighLevel and Airtable preferred
- Highly dependable — this role is typically the only in-office position, so consistent attendance is essential
- Professional, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a busy environment
