We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Investor Relations Analyst – STRATEGY to join our Investor Relations team. This role will focus on supporting the development and communication of Siemens Healthineers' strategic initiatives and long-term growth plans to the investment community.
Position Overview
As an Investor Relations Analyst – STRATEGY, you will analyze market trends, company strategy, and competitive positioning. You will support investor communications by translating complex strategic information into clear, concise materials that resonate with investors and stakeholders. This role offers flexible hybrid work options and is open to both full-time and part-time candidates based in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Support the preparation of investor presentations, reports, and communications related to company strategy and growth initiatives.
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to provide strategic insights.
Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to gather and synthesize strategic information.
Assist in managing investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences focused on strategic messaging.
Maintain investor relations databases and CRM tools.
Ensure accuracy and compliance in all investor communications.
Support quarterly earnings calls and other investor events with a strategic focus.
Qualifications
4–8 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Strategy, Equity Research, or related fields.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex strategic information.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Bloomberg, FactSet, or IR platforms preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Strategy, or related discipline.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $145,000 – $165,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
