CSR - Customer Service Representative

I am in search of a Customer service representatives that help businesses develop strong relationships with their clients and customers. Representatives answer customer questions, help resolve problems, process refunds and make suggestions regarding the purchase of additional products and services. Customer service representative positions typically do not require a college degree, but may involve a period of on-the-job training.

* Providing advice on purchasing products or services
* Answering client or customer questions about properly using or accessing a product or service
* Taking or processing orders for a product or service
* Listening to customer or client complaints or concerns and working to resolve their issues
* Dealing with customer complaints or get a manager involved if you are unable to solve a problem.
* Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Utilising technology to handle a high volume of calls.
* Managing a team of inexperienced customer service representatives if in a senior role.

* Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
* Track record of over-achieving quota
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
* Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
* Ability to multi-task
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
* Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
* Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $26.00 per hour
